Isabel Derungs from Zürich, Switzerland is one of the few riders who are able to make it on the podium on both disciplines – halfpipe and slopestyle. The first time she appeared on the snowboarding radar in early 2011 when she won the 4Star Engadinsnow and directly carried on with more podium placings at the 5Star Nescafe Champs Leysin, as well as the 4Star Catfight by Battery, where she got second at the slopestyle, halfpipe and rail jam competition.

Since then, Isabel has established herself as one of the riders who are always good for a top three result. A second place at the Billabong Slope-Style, a third place at the Burton European Open, a first place at the Nescafe Champs Leysin, as well as another second place at the O’Neill Pleasure Jam are just further proof for that.
