Shaun White has been involved with snowboarding since he was just a little kid. Originally inspired by his older brother Jesse, he was picked up by Burton at the early age of seven, and has since progressed into an athletic machine and international star that launched snowboarding into the mainstream spotlight.
Shaun’s success is undeniable, and it’s impossible to remain oblivious to the chain of wins he has collected. Whether it’s slopestyle, quarterpipe, big air or halfpipe—Shaun has got titles for all of them and there is no slowing down in sight. He’s won numerous X Games gold medals, he is a two-time TTR World Snowboard Tour Champion, he has bagged both gold medals at the 2006 and 2010 Olympic Games and… this list could go on and on, so let’s break it down to this: Shaun is a machine, he’s won pretty much every snowboard contest in this universe, and the big question is: who in the world is going to stop him?
p.s. Did we mention that Shaun also skates professionally in summer and is only on snow six months of the year?
